Conditions of Boarding
- ALL Cats must have a current vaccination certificate to be shown on arrival (minimum F3 for cats within the last 12 months).
- Full payment is required on check-in.
- All tariffs are calculated daily and include the day of arrival and the day of departure regardless of arrival / departure time.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos & Direct Deposit payments.
- Park Ridge Cat Resort is CLOSED on Sundays except for collection / drop off between 8am & 9am BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
- A Peak Season deposit of $50 per cat will be required to confirm your booking.
- During Peak Season all bookings will have an extra tariff of $3.00 per day.
- Peak Season deposits will be forfeited if notice of cancellation is less than 14 days prior to the arrival date or as otherwise stated.
- During Peak Season, all dates booked will be charged, regardless of early pickups.
- Handling of cats outside our business hours may incur an extra charge.
- Park Ridge Cat Resort will, at its discretion, obtain veterinary attention for your cat, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
- In the case of an emergency, Park Ridge Cat Resort will take your pet to the closest open and/or available Veterinary Practice.
- In the case of an emergency, Park Ridge Cat Resort will NOT attempt to take your pet to your own Vet if it is further away.
- The closest Veterinary Practices are Park Ridge Animal Hospital and Kantenna Vet (approx. 4 minutes’ drive away)
- Tick & Flea prevention is the cat owners’ responsibility and Park Ridge Cat Resort accepts no responsibility for ticks or fleas found on cats. Park Ridge Cat Resort cannot guarantee that ticks and/or fleas are not found in the environment of Park Ridge Cat Resort. (Any symptoms of paralysis tick, we will rush your cat to the vet immediately the cost of which will be the responsibility of the cat owner).
- Park Ridge Cat Resort will treat your cat if fleas are detected, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the cat owner.
- Diabetic cats (if we can accommodate) and/or excessive daily medical treatment will incur an extra care charge of $5.00 per day.
- I have informed Park Ridge Cat Resort staff all information about special needs, problems or behaviours
- Park Ridge Cat Resort feeds our guests ”Royal Canin” which is a premium dry food meal.
- Park Ridge Cat Resort bears no responsibility for any collars, containers, blankets, or other articles left with your cat.
- Privacy Policy: Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). We will not share your details with any third party.
