Conditions of Boarding
- ALL CATS must have a current vaccination certificate to be shown on arrival
- Cash, Cheque, Credit Card and Eftpos is accepted for payment. Payment is required on check-in
- Park Ridge Cat Resort is closed on Sundays except for collection / drop off between 8am & 9am ONLY
- All tariffs are calculated daily and include the day of arrival and the day of departure
- All Xmas & Easter Peak Period Bookings require a $50 deposit per cat at time of booking
- All bookings during Peak Period will incur an extra tariff of $2.00 per cat / per day
- All public holidays will incur an extra tariff of $2.00 per cat (except during peak periods)
- During peak period, all dates booked will be charged regardless of early pickups
- Peak period deposits will be forfeited if less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given prior to booking date.
- I give PRCR full authority to seek veterinary attention should it be considered necessary and will pay this cost when I collect my cat/s
- I allow my veterinary surgeon to give full details about my cat/s
- Park Ridge Cat Resort will, at its discretion, obtain veterinary attention for your cat, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the pet owner
- In the case of an emergency, Park Ridge Cat Resort will take your pet to the closest open/available Veterinary Practice
- In the case of an emergency, Park Ridge Cat Resort will not attempt to take your pet to your own Vet if it is further away
- The closest Veterinary Practice is Helping Paws Vet and Park Ridge Animal Hospital (approx. 4 minutes drive away)
- I have informed PRCR staff all information about special needs, problems or behaviours
- Handling of cats outside working hours could incur an out of hours fee
- I acknowledge that PRCR cannot be held responsible for any belongings, toys, blankets etc left behind or lost and it is my responsibility to collect such items when I collect my cat/s
- Diabetic cats (if we can accommodate) will incur an extra care surcharge of $5.00 per day
